These masks are exact replicas of the mask carried by fictional character "V" in en:V_for_Vendetta_(film), so they are copyright of the film company (the authors of the original comic signed all rights to the film company).   •  Keep Per above; prescedent has established that costumes (spiderman, superman etc) are permitted (subject to the usual requirements). If the IP posting that wishes, they should email OTRS explaining the nature of their complaint, and their rationale; without wishing to make any assumptions at all, we must consider the possibility of this specific article being subject to trolling, given the subject matter.
