This PDF contains a number of images in the later pages, which do not have licensing information. They are clearly not the work of the uploader. FredWalsh (talk) 08:53, 29 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

There are three images in the PDF, one each on Page #5, #6, and #7. It's true that they are not my original work. As is evident from the title of the file, these images are (screenshots) taken on a p0rnographic site. The PDF is part of published research work and is intended for public awareness and public education regarding the illegal act of capturing and distributing non-consensual sexually explicit images. The website from which these images were captured contains a vast trove of such illegal images. Attributing the images on the Wikimedia Commons would essentially draw attention (and visitors) to an privacy-invading website that hosts a vast amount of illegal content. Because this PDF is meant and has been previously used for public education (see page 1 of the PDF), I would suppose the images would amount to fair use. -- Rohini (talk) 09:24, 29 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Rohini: Then it seems you have not understood the purpose of Commons. Every file must have either a reuse license or be in the public domain. However, fair use is not accepted on Commons under any circumstances. FredWalsh (talk) 11:48, 29 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
