I know CC licenses are irrevocable, but based on the massive watermark and the "all rights reserved" language at the source, I think it's reasonable to think that the photographer never meant for the image to be freely distributed (and the license has been changed to CC-BY-NC).
The following images from this Flickr user have already been deleted: Commons:Deletion requests/File:TQL Stadium.jpg and Commons:Deletion requests/File:David Accam Playing for Philadelphia Union.jpg. Ytoyoda (talk) 17:24, 12 October 2021 (UTC)
- Also listing File:Megan Rapinoe (50338575642).jpg together. There are a lot of other images by the same Flickr user at Category:Photographs by Jamie Smed, but they started adding a more visible watermark and the "all rights reserved" language recently and it makes sense to at respect their intents for at least the more recent uploads. Delete I agree the photographer first distributed freely licensed, and after the bot reviewed and passed the file. S/He then reverse his/her decision and has change the license to CC-BY-NC. - Delete At the time i posted it was ok for commons but I see now many weeks later the author changed it. Even though those are supposed to not be revocable better be on the safe side and delete. Timetorockknowlege (talk) 02:58, 20 October 2021 (UTC)
