Artistic work in Kyrgyzstan become Public Domain after 50 years of its publishing date. This image was published in 1988 and is still copyrighted as per Kyrgyzstan's law on copyright. Bookish Worm (talk) 01:21, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
Keep Probably right, but the image was published on the official website in memory of A.M. and before posting, I got permission to use it. - No, only if you are the author of this image. This image is not free and the official website means nothing in terms of copyright law. If you don't know the rules why you upload the images here? You can be blocked forever. FlorianH76 (talk) 22:29, 14 June 2023 (UTC)

- @Paf zet If the image was allowed to be in public domain by its copyright owner, PD-Kyrgyzstan is not the correct template to be used, as the image is still copyrighted as per Kyrgyz copyright law. You should contact the copyright owner of the website and allow him to confirm the permission to host the image in Commons through Volunteer Response Team method.
