Strange. The File:Cadbury.svg logo seems OK for Commons - but not if it is used? Stupidity! Btw - the Logo is used since 1921. Marcus Cyron (talk) 12:20, 22 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I trust the wise counsels of our Admins. --Smial (talk) 16:12, 22 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Keep According to COM:PACKAGING, this is one of the exceptions, namely Packaging which carries only a printed design which is so simple as to be ineligible for copyright protection. The logo is ineligible for copyright protection, as it consist of only text. That is, the original logo is ineligible for copyright and the only new rights generated are those of the the photographer. As s/he's agreed to publish it under a compatible license, there's no problem. --Discasto talk | contr. | es.wiki analysis 22:52, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
