It's literally just a photo of a noticeboard of campaign flyers that was set up during elections. The FOP exempts any photos of work that's used for communicational purposes which is what the photo I took is showing. ShadZ01 (talk) 20:18, 25 March 2021 (UTC)
- ShadZ01 noncommercial use is not OK per COM:FOP Kazakhstan.
Delete as a derivative work copyright violation (flyers). Commons requires all files to be freely reusable even for commercial purposes,see Commons:Licensing#Acceptable licenses. Communication purposes is very insufficient: files must be free for commercial reuses without restraint from the artists, architects etc.. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 04:32, 30 April 2021 (UTC)
