This file was initially tagged by Marcus Cyron as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: map ofcourse not free - I am not sure from reading the COM:FOP write up whether or not Germany includes maps in the allowed works or not, so am putting this at DR Sven Manguard Wha? 16:17, 29 December 2013 (UTC)

Keep, I wonder a bit about this nomination. As opposed to U.K and some other countries, Commons:FOP#Germany has no restrictions in regard to the "content"; the only conditions are permanent display and public location (outside). --Túrelio (talk) 18:53, 29 December 2013 (UTC)
