Per this discussion, all images without explicitly watermarked attribution to agency photographers are presumed to be outside this license. The image uploaded to commons lacks an explicit watermarked attribution to an agency photographer, and the full version on the Tasnim News Agency website also appears to lack an explicit watermark contaning the name of the author. For this reason, there is no evidence of a valid free license being issued, and this shoudl be deleted in line with COM:PRP. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 07:45, 21 January 2023 (UTC)
