Commons:Deletion requests/File:大黑松小倆口元首館 Salico Foods King Garden - panoramio (2).jpg
This file was initially tagged by 220.137.9.86 as Copyvio (copyvio). Presumably the rationale is that Taiwan's Freedom of Panorama is insufficient for Commons... but laws can and do change, so FOP-related deletions should have a full DR. Storkk (talk) 14:06, 23 January 2018 (UTC)

See this Village Pump/Copyright discussion. Latest correspondences from Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO) reaffirmed that the non-commercial restriction for Taiwanese non-architecture extends to photographic reproductions like these. Since this photo shows the artwork intentionally, this cannot benefit from Taiwanese de minimis (in which the artwork must be incidental or at background). Correspondences in Chinese: [2] and [3]. Deleted: COM:FOP Taiwan now indicates that there is no commercial FOP in Taiwan, following detailed discussion and clarification from Taiwan's intellectual property office. As such, this must be deleted. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 19:47, 17 June 2023 (UTC)
