Hello EugeneZelenko I would like to clarify why I uploaded this content. This is an educational content that explained creative commons license in Kannada (kn) language. Also, this was requested by Kannada community. This file will is highly useful for community members who go to authors requesting to release their content under free knowledge. Why same text could not be placed, for example, in Kannada Wikipedia in wiki markup? Since MediaWiki allows PDF generation, such PDFs will be always up-to-date. --EugeneZelenko (talk) 13:42, 10 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@EugeneZelenko: I will try to explain. Everyone will not know they can export Wikipedia pages as PDF. When they search on Google as ಕ್ರಿಯೇಟಿವ್ ಕಾಮನ್ಸ್ ಪರವಾನಗಿ they get Wikipedia article. When they get that PDF file on article its easy for them to download, print and share. I uploaded this for not only for single purpose. Anyone wants to read, print and share about different CC license in Kannada they can easily do if it is on commons. People will always look for shortcut method than spending time for searching how they can export Wikipedia articles as PDF.
