the reasons:
- non free content: the video has a copyrighted logo of (Akhbar el-Yom newspaper) in top right corner.
- Not educationally useful it just a private meeting for press purpose, not used in any articles on wiki (used in uploader's userpage as uploads gallery only) and no further benefits -- Ibrahim.ID ♒
- Akhbar el-Yom is the video producer.In general, it is not protected according to Template:pd-textlogo

- this is not text logo and not free content, whether it about famous person or not that doesn't make difference, because there is no useful purpose, nobody will use it in wikipedia, wikinews .. etc, please read this COM:SCOPE --Ibrahim.ID ♒ 15:51, 18 September 2016 (UTC)
Kept: I agree the logo is not PD-textlogo, but this was released by the newspaper itself on their official youtube channel with a compatible CC license. License reviewer documented that earlier and the free license is still in place at source. --Jcb (talk) 00:17, 25 September 2016 (UTC)
- @Jcb: Sorry, the official channel release video only under CC and that is doesn't mean they accept to use their trademark under free licence, this is different situation, the video maker or the Social media employer doesn't has the right to release the logo in CC that owned by (Akhbar el-Yom foundation since 1954) , there are another videos in the same channel (all right reserved) I think the employer maybe doesn't know the creative Commons licenses well, we need clear permission from Akhbar el-Yom foundation about their Logo, Otherwise this absolutely is a "Copyvio", in the other way, the video is out of scope, the video in Arabic language and I assure you no educational use, no article use it and the user use it as personal gallery (he has bad history with COM:PS, check this and his talk page , you close the old request using your personal opinion without enough discussion, Sorry we need to discuss it and (for neutrality) I think another Admin should close this request --Ibrahim.ID ♒ 09:40, 25 September 2016 (UTC)
- Nope, you are mistaken. If you think the trademark is an issue, we have {{Trademarked}} for that. The youtube channel is linked from their home page. It's their responsibility to make sure the don't do unwanted releases at their youtube channel. Jcb (talk) 11:12, 25 September 2016 (UTC)
