The license information says "author died more than 70 years ago". But the author is unknown (не указан), so how do we know when he/she died? We need to know who the author/photographer was, when the photo was created and when the photographer died. El Grafo (talk) 14:33, 28 August 2013 (UTC)

- Sorry, but there is still no evidence that any of the claims mate in {{PD-Russia}} apply for this photograph. Apart from that, {{PD-Russia}} alone is not sufficient: We also need to consider the copyright status in the USA (see Commons:PD). I know, it sucks. - a) We need evidence that it was actually published anonymously – us not knowing the photographer is not enough.
- b) Even if we knew for sure that it was published anonymously, we would still need to know when it was published. One year more or less can make a huge difference there …

Deleted: Unclear copyright status. Unless we have definitive, explicit written and/or textual, tangible evidence from a credible, verifiable source naming this file as freely licensed under a Commons compatible license, we simply cannot host it on Commons FASTILY 09:10, 9 September 2013 (UTC)
