Keep With OTRS and in scope as it shows a new russian assault rifle derivated from the AK-74 assault rifle platform and it shows the main diferences between this two rifles and what are the main components of this rifle. Also original research is not a deletion granter as this is Commons not Wikipedia. Also this uploader as had acess to this assault rifle that is still in prototype stage (and so its acess is still restrited), as can been seen by this two images:
