This is in Canada and is in memory of a bishop who died in 1942. It seems to me unlikely that the stained glass artist died before 1944. .     Jim . . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 19:14, 31 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The picture was taken in a church (which is considered a public place - this church is now owned by the city of Granby). I asked the parson (priest? "curé" in french...) if it was ok to put those pictures under this license. I beleive the freedom of panorama can be applied here. --SamuelFreli (talk) 21:34, 31 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
There is no FOP for 2D works in Canada. The copyright belongs to the artist, so the priest has no authority over, and probably little knowledge of, licensing the work. .     Jim . . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 22:23, 31 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
