This image is nominated, referencing the nomination statement "Tattoos are classed as art, and as such, the underlying designs on the tattoo AND the tattoo itself, need to be either released into the public domain and/or made available under a free licence. The release needs to come from the designer of the underlying elements of the tattoo, and from the tattoo artist who did the tattoo -- I would not suggest a CC licence, due to the attribution requirements of that licence, and would definitely not suggest GFDL as this may require the licence to also be tattooed somewhere (the back or chest is probably the only option there), so a public domain release from both the designer of the artwork, and the tattoo artist would probably be best here." see Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Wikipedia tattoos Ellin Beltz (talk) 03:31, 26 March 2014 (UTC)
