Elementary OS screenshots with wallpaper "94"

These files are listed with various licences, but none of them mentions the authorship and licence for the background image. This image is part of the "luna-wallpapers" collection available for download from https://launchpad.net/elementaryos/0.2-luna/luna-wallpapers/. That collection includes a LICENSE file that says of this file, The following files are licensed and redistributed non-commercially with permission from "bo0xVn" <http://bo0xvn.deviantart.com/>. That's a bit vague, and "non-commercially" isn't a good start, so I found the source on DeviantArt: https://www.deviantart.com/bo0xvn/art/94-206184488. That in turn credits Graham Biggs on freeimages.com: https://www.freeimages.com/photo/rocks-and-ocean-13-1342015. The "FreeImages.com Content License" restricts the use of the picture in ways that I think conflict with Commons:Licensing. For instance, You may not use content in electronic or digital templates intended for resale or other distribution. So these screenshots are derivative works of a non-free picture, and hence not allowed to be on Commons. --bjh21 (talk) 11:27, 26 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
