Copyrighted reconstructions of the coats of arms from Encyklopedia.pwn.pl

These images are modern reconstructions of the historical coats of arms and all these reconstructions were stolen and uploaded from the article of the Encyklopedia.pwn.pl. Since there is no proof that the Encyklopedia.pwn.pl or author of the reconstructions published/released these reconstructions as public domain images – all of them should be deleted due to the copyright violation. Modern reconstructions by modern authors clearly are not covered by PD or state symbols licenses. In the mentioned article it is clearly written near each of the reconstruction that "rys. Z. Kwiatkiewicz/Archiwum Ilustracji WN PWN SA © Wydawnictwo Naukowe PWN" (English: drawing by Z. Kwiatkiewicz / WN Illustration Archive PWN SA © PWN Scientific Publisher). Two similar files are also nominated for deletion due to the same reason: Coat of arms of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth in the Saxon times.jpg and Coat of arms of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth in the Saxon times.png. ---- Pofka (talk) 14:53, 9 May 2022 (UTC)

•  Delete These are copyrighted images and Лобачев Владимир had no right to upload them. They should be removed because they are copyright violations.--Cukrakalnis (talk) 15:21, 10 May 2022 (UTC)
•  Keep These coats of arms are state symbols (symbols of Polish kings) and according to Article 4, case 2 of the Polish Copyright Law Act of February 4, 1994 «Nie stanowią przedmiotu prawa autorskiego: 2) urzędowe dokumenty, materiały, znaki i symbole» (in English "normative acts and drafts thereof as well as official documents, materials, signs and symbols are not subject to copyrights"). •  Keep These are political symbols of other states, therefore, they fall under the public domain. Also, since this work is the fruit of collective cooperation (based on the rules of Wikimedia Commons), that is, an encyclopedia that we can see, I believe that these images can be used. --Johnny Moor (talk) 21:00, 15 May 2022 (UTC)
