So after Commons:Village pump/Archive/2011/07#Revisiting the costume issue I once again propose to delete this category and its images for the same reasons as last time: it's derivative work. As for the category, every image concerning these designs would have to be a dw somehow. A mask is involved heavily.--141.84.69.20 09:53, 1 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

To elaborate: These images show full-body costumes with their head pieces being clear replications of the to be represented characters' faces → there be masks. Even the rest of the costume often take on bulky forms as to better match the portrayed character, there is little to none utility in that compared to normal clothes, so these aspects as well can be taken into consideration when tackling copyright matters.--141.84.69.20 10:44, 23 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
