Do we have a permission from OAS to use their images under a free license? At the OAS website it says: all rights reserved. If we have one, please add the {{OTRS}} tag to all images and the category. If we do not have the permission, delete all images. --ALE! ¿…? 12:55, 16 January 2009 (UTC)
- Please look at the gallery, which states: Photographs of official events are available through OAS website and can be used, free of charge, as long as the source is acknowledged.
- However, many OAS images I had uploaded have already been deleted. That made me quite sad. --Head (talk) 13:07, 16 January 2009 (UTC)
- See Commons:Deletion requests/Image:Aruba PM Nelson Oduber and Jose Miguel Insulza.jpg for why other OAS images were deleted. --Head (talk) 13:10, 16 January 2009 (UTC)
Keep, that was terrible that those images were deleted without much discussion. The OAS website seems pretty clear. Scanlan (talk) 05:17, 17 January 2009 (UTC)
- You are right, it is quite clear: all rights reserved! And BTW: Free usage does not mean that the images can also be changed. So delete! --ALE! ¿…? 21:04, 18 January 2009 (UTC)
- Yes very clear - "can be used, free of charge, as long as the source is acknowledged." Scanlan (talk) 00:59, 22 April 2009 (UTC)

- Delete, we should have an explicit free license that allows commercial use and derivative works if we are to keep them. “can be used, free of charge, as long as the source is acknowledged” is not a free license. --Kjetil_r 02:52, 20 January 2009 (UTC)
