Are these images available for commercial re-use? The ones posted on the flickr stream, see https://www.flickr.com/photos/koreanet/41736203721/ are under a CC-by-NC-SA license, the same image uploaded here is marked with the KOGL license, which allows commercial re-use. The presidential website IS under the KOGL free licence: http://www.president.go.kr/ see at the bottom. The copyright owner (in this case the Korean government) can retain the right to release images under different licences in different platforms. Teemeah (talk) 12:37, 30 April 2018 (UTC)
- I don't think all images from the S Korea presidential website are under the KOGL free licence. Please check out en:Korea Open Government License. KOGL type 1 (Category 1) is the ONLY free images, but I found some KOGL type 2 (Category 2) images and other copyrighted images are uploaded to Category:2018 inter-Korean summit. That's right, the South Korean presidential website publishes media under a free licence. Make sure you check out the website. Oppashi
