Commons:Deletion requests/Body Worlds
This proposed deletion debate is now closed. Please do not make any edits to this archive.
It has a previous deletion request: Commons:Deletion requests/Archive/2005/07#Body Worlds. Argument: "Hausrecht" (no permission to make photos) Result: Kept (which I would agree with, for this argument). But I guess unfortunately these are derivative works restricted by copyright, since plastination of bodies, in combination with preparation afterwards, leads to something that is a sculpture in the sense of copyright law. I am sorry in advance if the argumentation provokes feelings or violates religious views. --Rtc 00:50, 30 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Page and all images deleted, copyvio. Per Body Worlds, Gunther von Hagens has asserted copyright on all the figures, making these derivative works of copyrighted artworks. —Angr 15:39, 13 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
