Bischöfliches Palais (Rottenburg)

[edit]

In my perception these pictures not taken from public ground violate the architect's copyrights. Deletion box was only inserted at File:Bischöfliches Ordinariat der Diözese Rottenburg-Stuttgart 18.jpg --Flominator (talk) 18:41, 16 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your viligance. I did not intend to infringe the copyright of the architect, and recommend to assess the situation carefully case by case. However, deleting all of my photographs might be a bit overzealous. Personally, I think, the photographs are fit to be shown in an encyclopedia, but some of them should not be reproduced commercially for non-educative purposes. --NearEMPTiness (talk) 07:35, 17 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I just noted: Some of the photographs are marked with "unsure" by the applicant, which endorses the need for a case by case decision. Some entries are marked with "also personality rights", which suppports my interpretation of being overzealous, because more than 3 people are shown during a guided tour.--NearEMPTiness (talk) 09:25, 17 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Since we're obliged to free licenses, we cannot restrict usage to "non-educative purposes" --Flominator (talk) 11:57, 17 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per nomination - German FOP requires that that the photographer is standing outdoors on a public way -- none of these seem to qualify. .     Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 13:57, 23 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
