While the photos are freely licenced by the uploader they are derivative of a modern 1980 artistic sculptural work for which there is no Freedom of Panorama exception, which there is for buildings per Commons:FOP#United_States. An OTRS permission from the designer/creator would satisfy the FoP limitation. There is certainly justification for moving one image to the enwiki under their non-free content policy to identify the work in the infobox of its own article. --Ww2censor (talk) 12:39, 13 January 2014 (UTC)

- Delete Both the sculpture and the text have a copyright, so, unless both were done by the same person, we need two different permissions -- one for the sculpture and one for the text. Since the designer is anonymous, it seems unlikely that OTRS permission will be forthcoming. . Jim . . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 23:38, 13 January 2014 (UTC)
- I have moved one image, though not from this set, File:Guidestones hdr.jpg to the enwiki and reduced the resolution to comply with the enwiki non-free policy. It is named as w:File:Georgia Guidestones-lowres.jpg and is used the infobox image to identify the monument. Ww2censor (talk) 08:55, 18 January 2014 (UTC)
Deleted: Per COM:FOP#United_States, the exception doesn't apply to sculpture PierreSelim (talk) 08:18, 20 January 2014 (UTC)
