Now that you are at the place where you will make your impression to other users, replace "Blurb..." with:
- A compelling reasons as to why you should be a bureaucrat
- Some examples of your work on Commons
- Related experiences on other Wikimedia wikis
When you are done, click "Save page", and then list it on Commons:Bureaucrats/Requests at the top of the appropriate section. Good luck!
