- No objections on declared functionality. However bot also asks for source information and upload images. May be you should use separate account or ask permission for all functions? --EugeneZelenko 16:16, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
- I know, the contributions in alexbot are test, I won't run checkimages script in commons(I only use it in jawiki and zhwiki), other bots are running it.--Alex S.H. Lin 22:52, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
- I question whether we need yet another bot to fix DRs. There is no backlog at Commons. OTOH, redirect.py is very safe, so I have no objections to granting +bot. – Mike.lifeguard | @en.wb 19:11, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
- The bot wasn't fixing DRs. It was merely fixing broken redirects and asking for source/licence/permission information for those images with none. No objections for those two tasks, though please remove the line about Filbot adding the message. 哦,是吗?(О кириллицей) 03:02, 18 March 2008 (GMT)
- Sorry, I don't understand. The request clearly states that this bot will be fixing double redirects using pywikipediabot, and tagging images for no source/license/permission was not mentioned, nor was Filbot. Did you intend for that comment to be posted here?? – Mike.lifeguard | @en.wb 00:55, 21 March 2008 (UTC)

- No objections for fixing double redirects, although I hardly think a bot flag is necessary... Patrícia msg 21:55, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
