I have applied for adminship twice before: 1 (withdrawn), 2 (failed). I am applying again at the suggestion of an administrator by email.

I am fully open about the fact that I occasionally take Wikibreaks, but I believe I should be able to help out while I am actually here. I plan to work on the backlogs, block copyright violators, delete copyright violations, edit protected pages, and rollback edits. I do not plan on performing any controversial blocks until after I have had time to become acquainted with the use of the tools.

I believe I have shown my worth on commons, with >10000 edits, much work on deletion discussions, and the creation of extensive Javascript tools, which I notice other people are already using. I also have >50000 edits between here and on Wikipedia.

I hope and believe I have learned my lessons since my last RfA, in which I recognize I did not demonstrate enough respect for proper copyright law. This is foundational to the nature of Commons. I hope anyone who chooses to oppose me do so on the basis of whether I will make a good admin, not over past grudges or things like the typos I admittedly sometimes make. Looks like a valid withdrawal to me. If not rescinded by the close time, I'd say it's in force. In fact I think we may have passed the close time already, and this is closable. ++Lar: t/c 10:27, 5 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yep. That was his last edit, 19:28, 3 May 2008. Time to close I guess. :( Rocket000 15:22, 5 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not happy with this but I do see this one as withdrawn given that the user appears not to have been on line since the comment on the talk page. Given that no "evaluation" of voting is required I will close this myself. --Herby talk thyme 15:26, 5 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
