Where is the permission for photos from inside Tierpark Hagenbeck?
[edit]According to the rules of the Tierpark Hagenbeck (http://www.hagenbeck.de/footer/agb.html) any publication of photos, videos etc. need prior a written permission:
Ton-, Film-, Foto- und Videoaufnahmen jeder Art dürfen nur zu privaten (Souvenir-) Zwecken erfolgen. Jegliche Verwertung für gewerbliche, kommerzielle und nicht-kommerzielle Zwecke – auch auf privaten Homepages – bedarf der vorherigen schriftlichen Genehmigung durch Hagenbeck. Die Veröffentlichung von Aufnahmen ohne Genehmigung ist verboten.
I have not checked every animal-photo in this category, but I guess most of them - if not all - are lacking this permission, at least they lack a hint if this permission was given... are all these photos in accordance to the wikipedia rules or have they to be deleted? -- Der Regenbogenfisch (talk) 13:32, 9 October 2014 (UTC)
