Very strange : You say there is a discussion about the categorization of Donbass as "territory under occupation", but in this page in fact there is no talk page about this . So it is a lie that cannot be discussed ! This article must be deleted because it discredits the reputation of Wikipedia. Lying is contrary to science. In order to claim that there is a foreign occupation, it would be necessary, at a minimum, to exist there a foreign state administration in the occupied territory. However, in Donbass there is no state structure coming from Russia. There are only locals who speak Russian language, as in Australia there are English speakers or in Austria there are German speakers.
