Marine Killed During Team Spirit 1986

I was a Lanve Corporal with 3RD Battalion 2ND Marines out of Camp Lejeune, NC deployed to TS 1986. There was an enlisted Marine killed during that exercise. He was carrying a radio and his 10 foot whip antenna hit a low power line and it killed him. I was wondering if there is a record of such incident and the Marines name. I am sure there is and I was wondering if said information can be released to me. I was a radio operator and called for the medivac. I think of the incident and just cannot remember his name, and I want too. I would appreciate any help. Thank you,
