•  Oppose We are heading for 3 million categories this year, so in such an internal context, a 3 letter category is just ridiculous. Commons:Categories states clearly: The category name would be enough to guess the subject,. Renaming category to make it one word shorter makes no sense.   Than unsuccessfully present name: 1) TE3 — not type, and series (type — 2(Co—Co)); 2) the quite long. Then I offer option «Diesel locomotive TE3». Categories on the russian electric locomotives so are called. --Karel (talk) 21:24, 8 December 2012 (UTC)
