How poor quality AI images can be fixed

@Belbury and Trade: It is often very easy to fix the problems of AI-generated images such as extra fingers or unwanted things in the background. Thus, images that are not fully poor quality but only have some extra finger like File:Little_mermaid_on_tinder.png or File:Count_dracula_ai-art.jpg certainly should not be DR'd once there is an image that depicts the same with subjectively better quality.

Here's how (I think uploaders should be encouraged/asked to do so for images that include misgeneration and this brief info could go into the Help page):

• Use a image editor software like Gimp or Photoshop and use the patchfix tool to remove the artifacts (this one is the most difficult)
• Use img2img with the image as input image and adjust the prompt as well as the negative prompt where you'd put e.g. "extra finger" into the negative prompt
• Use an AI image fixer such as Clipdrop's Cleanup tool where you just need to select whatever you'd like to remove.

@Fma12 Maybe you could use the third option (the easiest) to fix the issues in the second example above; it's easy to fix that one. Prototyperspective (talk) 10:02, 4 December 2023 (UTC)

In fact, I used Photoshop to fix an image uploaded time ago. In the case of count Dracula, I could be use the mentioned image editor to remove the bat wings on the background. Fma12 (talk) 15:12, 4 December 2023 (UTC)
