Oki, this was about COM:VP#Category_names_for_locating_maps. Within the NL category, even though there is some inconsistency in the naming, there is no cluttering in the maps I have seen, and where there is, I haven't yet come by. I'm currently categorising all maps, flags and coats of arms I can find on here for cities and villages within a structure based on provinces of the Netherlands. When I'm 'doing' a name, I also do a full search for that name on Commons and I categorise all images that come up that have relevance to the village. Sometimes I also see things I really dislike and I change the scope of this project a bit.

It's a lot of work (I think I've done a few thousand edits related to this project so far) and it will take more time (another 5-8 thousand edits). Once it's done however, not only all maps of the Netherlands will be properly categorised, also most of the images for which at least some description or a relevant name was given, will be properly categorised (being a member of 2 or more relevant categories).

In this particular case we're dealing with duplicate categories. The content of this cat simply needs to be moved to the other.
