There is a total mess here btwn the Lower and the Upper Aqueducts in Jerusalem. The photos from Mar Elias and the environs of Hebron road show the remains of the Upper Aqueduct, while those from the Hebrew Wikipedia, including the tunnel, show the Lower Aqueduct.
