Opera vocalist

On 12 June 2012, the category Category:Contralto vocalists was replaced by Category:Contralto opera vocalists. I think that's inappropriate because Ferrier was not mainly known as an opera singer, but for her performances in oratorios, songs, concert arias. This is one case were the standard rule of category diffusion fails – she is mainly known as a classical contralto singer and thus ought to be categorised in Category:Contralto vocalists, but she has also sung in operas, so placing her in Category:Contralto opera vocalists is not wrong. I suggest to have both categories here.
The same applies to Category:Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 01:33, 12 June 2012 (UTC)
