Are these pictures really PD-OLD? Jenny Nyström died in 1946, so the pictures should be PD-OLD in 2017?
At least 2 of the pictures are marked as PD because all pictures at the site Prosjekt Runeberg, are «PD». This site claims however:
The copyright of a book expires when the author has been dead for 70 years. With every new year, a new harvest of fallen authors' literature becomes available to free Internet publishing. Now in 2007 we have free access to works by authors who died in 1936.
