No, clearly not. This category is a lot of railtours, from (probably) one photographer. One was the Risca Cuckoo, one was on the Inverness to Kyle of Lochalsh line. But there are hundred of them, and they're taken over a wide range of dates, over the whole of the UK. Well-meaning Commons editors keep re-categorizing theses as "in Scotland" (sometimes removing the correct categorization to do so). It's going to be even less helpful if they start getting labelled as Risca too. Andy Dingley (talk) 14:24, 14 January 2019 (UTC)
