When will a connoisseur give an English definition?? I am still in doubt after 3 years of the interest of this cat. How can a stamp like a SUDAN overprint on Egypt be stated Definitive? Not found in a Bible like the SG 1840-1970 Stamp Catalogue, International Philatelic Glossary.
