Category talk:Close-up photographs of insects

Definition of "close-up" in this context

Seems to me that this category should restrict itself to pictures of parts of insects, such as antennae or legs, etc. I mean, most insects are so small that a photograph of them would have to be a "close-up" in the sense of, say, using a macro lens. But under that definition, this category would essentially just repeat Category:Insects. To distinguish it, we should only include photos that are "closer-up" than pictures of whole insects. Right? Any objections to me starting to recategorize (if I ever actually feel like it) some of the pictures here? - dcljr (talk) 07:42, 17 September 2010 (UTC)
