It should be reminded in a definition what is a statutory German city, and what is not.

@Jacquesverlaeken: This is a subcat of Category:Municipalities in Germany, not "Category:Cities in Germany" which is merely a redirect. So you shouldn't expect "cities" here. This branch is first of all used by German language users who have no idea what a "statutory city" is in English. They learn at school that "city" means "Stadt", so this looks appropriate enough. --Sitacuisses (talk) 20:16, 8 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
