עברית: צבי יהושע צילקר (13 במרץ 1933 – 18 בנובמבר 2021) היה פוליטיקאי ומהנדס ישראלי. כיהן כראש העירייה של אשדוד למשך התקופה הארוכה ביותר (33 שנה), וכ-50 שנה כחבר מועצת העירייה. הוא שימש בין היתר כמהנדס העיר, כמנכ"ל משרד העבודה והרווחה, כמנכ"ל משרד התקשורת וכמנכ"ל התאחדות הקבלנים והבונים בישראל.
English: Zvi Yehoshua Zilker (13 March 1933 – 18 November 2021) was an Israeli politician and engineer. He served as the mayor of Ashdod for the longest period (33 years), and as a member of the city council for about 50 years. He served, among other roles, as the city engineer, director-general of the Ministry of Labor and Welfare, DG of the Ministry of Communications, and DG of the Contractors and Builders Association of Israel.
