The Zagros Mountains Forest Steppe Ecoregion is a designated ecoregion by WWF and One Earth. It is classified as a Temperate Broadleaf & Mixed Forests Biome. It is one of two ecoregions in the Zagros Mountain Forests & East Anatolian Steppe Bioregion, with the other member being the Eastern Anatolian Montane Steppe Ecoregion.
