English: Yavari, built in England 1862, is a Victorian steamship on Lake Titicaca, Peru, in the Andes mountains of South America. She was delivered in pieces by mule to the lake over 3,810 metres above sea level. She is as a State Registered Museum, now berthed in Puno Bay, behind the Sonesta Posada Hotel del Inca between the town and Isla Esteves (Hotel Libertador). A 40m. pontoon gives access to the ship.
