English: Maharaja Sir Yadavinder Singh (7 January 1914 – 17 June 1974) was the 9th and last Maharaja of Patiala from 1938 to 1947. He kept his royal titles until 1971, when princely titles were abolished through the 26th Amendment to the Constitution of India. Singh was also an Indian cricketer who played in one Test in 1934.
