WOLSIT
Wolseley-Siddeley Italia
Wolsit Officine Legnanesi Autmobili incorporated in 1907 by Macchi Brothers and the Bank of Legnano to build Wolseley cars under licence in Legnano, about 18 kilometres north-west of central Milan. A team of Wolsit cars competed in motoring events in 1907.
Wolsit automobile production ended in 1909, the business continued but made luxury bicycles.
Emilio Bozzi bought the business and made the Ciclomotore Wolsit from 1910 to 1914. Wolsit continued manufacturing bicycles and mopeds until it was sold to Bianchi
