English: Building at 229-235 Broadway East, the southwest corner of Broadway E. and E. Thomas Street in Seattle, Washington. Built in 1903 for attorney W.W. Wilshire for $9,000. Henry Dozier, also responsible for the H.H. Dearborn house on First Hill, was the architect (Seattle Times, May 8, 1903, p8). As of 2022, the building is being considered for city landmark status. If that is not granted, it will almost certainly be torn down and replaced; even landmark status would be no guarantee of the building's survival. further information
