Built in 1917, this Classical Revival-style building at 150 West Gorham Street in Madison, Wisconsin, is named the Vroman Apartments (see the Property Record online).
The building is clad in red brick with a low-slope roof enclosed by a parapet, a cornice at the base of the parapet, six-over-one and eight-over-one double-hung windows, entrances surrounded by simple stone trim, simple brick trim that surrounds the windows, stone belt coursing at the sill of the first and third floor windows, and a grassy rear courtyard.
The building is a noncontributing structure in the Mansion Hill Historic District as designated by the City of Madison in 1976 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
