Deutsch: Die Villa Reißig, Karl-Tauchnitz-Straße 8, wurde 1893-1894 von Architekt Max Pommer für den Leipziger Kaufmann Christian Gottfried Hermann Reißig erbaut.
Sie ist bis heute erhalten. Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg befand sich in dem Gebäude von 1955 bis 1993 das Literaturinstitut Johannes R. Becher.
