English: The monastery is on an intermediate height, with a road going around the base. It is surrounded by much higher precipices. The ordinary camera cannot do the whole landscape justice. How it looks depends on where the camera was. The failure of the 2-D pictures to capture depth can make the precipice seem to be right up against its background when actually it is not. Failure to show the road also gives the impression of isolation, or make it appear that the camera and the monastery are on the same elevation. These difficulties of photography often make the monastery hard to identify in the pictures. Characteristically the superstructure has a balcony, a bridge and a stairway. Most of the photographs are named after the monastery, but many are not. The camera coordinates if any are included are usually definitive, but sometimes not.
