English: Victor Asare Bampoe is a Ghanaian health politician. He was born in 1967 and graduated from the Achimota School in 1986 and from the University of Ghana in 1995. Afterwards he completed a postgradual study at the Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health of the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore (Maryland, USA). In July 2014 was Bampoe appointed to the "Deputy Minister of Health" of the Republic of Ghana in the government of President John Dramani Mahama.
