English: The Toroweap Formation. In the Grand Canyon, the en:Kaibab Limestone and Toroweap Formation overlie the en:Coconino Sandstone. The Kaibab and Toroweap, are oceanic (marine) and are not found in sections of East Arizona, where the dunefield, (continental) Coconino Sandstone is present, in greater thickness. (A 'strand line' oceanic-continental margin is present-(buried, conjectured, and no surface expression, or rare or conjectured locales), at the eastward extent of the intrusion members from the west (former ocean).)
